From Serene Silks to the Spotlight
Gold Of Suns began as a whisper in the back of Rima's mind—somewhere between deep breaths on a yoga mat in India and sunlit strolls through the French Riviera.
In 2017, while living in the South of France, Rima first imagined a brand that would blend the effortless glamour of St. Tropez with the vibrant soul of Indian saris. What began as a simple idea—to create summer kimonos from vintage silk saris—quickly turned into a passionate journey of creativity, craftsmanship, and connection.
Where It All Began
While training to become a yoga teacher in India, Rima fell in love with the colors, textures, and stories behind traditional Indian saris. Back in Cannes, she started designing a few kimono-style dresses using those silks and worked with a local French tailor to bring them to life. She placed them in select beach boutiques across Cannes, Monaco, and St. Tropez—and one day, the unimaginable happened: worldwide celebrity Beyoncé bought several pieces.
Soon after, paparazzi photos captured the global icon wearing one of Rima's creations on a yacht with Jay-Z. That set the tone for what Gold Of Suns would become: a brand born of freedom, glamour, and unexpected beauty.

Now based in Lithuania, Rima continues to design luxurious yet comfortable pieces for women who want to feel taller, more confident, and completely themselves.
Inspired by her travels to Greece, Mykonos, and summer festivals around Europe, her designs are daring in color, flattering in silhouette, and easy to move in. "I never wanted women to feel constrained by clothing. I wanted them to feel free, bold, beautiful, and proud of their shape."
