EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We will happily provide a store credit note or exchange for your full priced items whereby:
Please note, purchases made during SALE PERIODS or purchased using a SALES PROMO CODE, are not eligible for a store credit nor exchangeable - unless approved with our customer service team.
RETURN PROCESS
If you want to return or exchange something, drop us an email at info@goldofsuns.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. We'll happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in sealable condition with original tags attached for a store credit or exchange only, shipped out within 14 business days of you receiving the item.
Gold Of Suns garments are crafted in very limited numbers and we cannot guarantee that all styles will be available at the time of exchange.
Gold Of Suns will not cover the return postage costs, these are at your own expense. We highly recommend returning items using a registered tracking service as, unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for returned items that go missing in the post.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and issue your store credit or exchange it within 5 business days.
Should your return not meet our criteria we will communicate this with you directly via email.
